After visiting Colorado School of Mines during the spring break of my senior year, I knew that it was the right college for me. I was impressed with the rigorous curriculum and tight-knit community. I decided my junior year to major in engineering since I always appreciated math and science. I am extremely grateful and humbled to have received the gift of being a Harvey Scholar and I look forward to the opportunity of attending this prestigious college of engineering and sciences with the possibility of studying abroad.
