Applying for the Harvey Scholarship

What does the scholarship cover?

The Harvey Scholarship covers full tuition and fees (excluding housing) for 4 years (8 semesters) including field session (if applicable). Scholars can request additional funding for a 5th year (cases will be assessed individually) for circumstances including pursuing a double major, a master’s degree, or difficulty sequencing courses due to studying abroad. The scholarship also provides an enrichment grant that can be used towards studying abroad, professional development, and other such opportunities upon approval.

How do I apply to the harvey scholarship?

Applicants interested in applying to the Harvey Scholarship Program must complete the Mines General Scholarship Application (available through Trailhead). Students must be admitted to Mines before they can gain access to Trailhead and the Mines General Scholarship Application. Upon completion of the general scholarship application, prospective students can then continue on to apply for foundational scholarship, including the Harvey Scholarship Application.
