Hi there! I am currently pursuing a degree in Design Engineering with a focus in Energy Studies and a minor in Public Affairs. I am from Denver, CO and am glad to be close to home so I can visit my dogs every now and then. In my free time I love hiking, skiing, backpacking, and reading. I recently started collecting plants, so that has become a full time hobby as well. I have had 7 family members attend Mines before me, one of which being my dad. Aside from familial connections to the school, what originally drew me to Mines was the academic prestige. When I toured I also became attracted to the community here at Mines and liked the idea of having hiking trails just a few blocks off campus. The Harvey Scholarship has opened up countless possibilities for me and I am so unbelievably grateful for the opportunity I have been presented with. I am eager to do my part to pay it forward in the years to come.
