Hello! I am a freshman studying biological and chemical engineering from Mulino Oregon. I have known since a young age that I wanted to attend medical school, and I knew that started with an undergrad in chem/bio engineering. Mines came up in my email list my junior year, and it seemed like a good place to get my undergraduate degree. I visited the summer before my junior year and immediately fell in love and knew it was the place for me. I knew I would not be able to attend Mines if it wasn’t for major financial assistant. Thanks to the Harvey’s generous donations I am able to attend Mines and take my first step towards becoming a doctor.
