I was able to attend Mines because of the amazing generosity and kindness of the Harvey family. They have given me more opportunities than I ever hoped for or expected, not only in my career but in the connections I have made and the personal growth I have experienced because of their good influence. This year, thanks again to the Harvey’s continued support, I received my Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York and I am currently living and working in New York City as an Automation Engineer for G.A.L. Manufacturing Company. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Mr. and Mrs. Harvey and the rest of the Harvey scholars for the impact that they have had on my life.
