Hello there! I’m Julia and I’m thrilled to share a glimpse of my journey on the Harvey Scholars website. Growing up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, sports became my early passion. From the thrill of racing on the track to the camaraderie of the basketball court, I learned valuable lessons in resilience and teamwork that would shape my path. Now, as a student at the Colorado School of Mines, I’m diving into the world of Business Engineering and Management Science. It’s a field that resonates with my analytical mindset while allowing me to explore the dynamic interplay between engineering and management. Beyond the books, I’m an active member of the Mines community and a member of Alpha Phi, contributing to the campus’s rich tapestry through various activities. As a Harvey Scholar, I carry with me the values of leadership, paying it forward, and a commitment to academic excellence.
