Hello! My name is Raquel Dickinson, and I am a geophysical engineering student here at Mines. I am passionate about music, art, theater, the environment, and geology! I strive to apply my passions and talents in a way that serves my community and my planet. I hope to study the Earth’s climate and climate history through geophysical methods and to spread awareness about the changes our planet is going through. I couldn’t be more grateful to the Harvey Scholarship Program for providing me with the opportunity to continuously serve my community through volunteer work, and for providing me with the opportunity to pursue my passions through education.
